Yeah it helped my mood, energy, ability to fight off sickness, it helped take the edge off my depression. My diet simply consists of eating very minimal added sugars. No exercise though but I get out almost daily for fresh air. God helped me a million times more than diet and exercise though. He gives me strength even when I go back to old habits that weaken me.

Of course ! Paleo diet plus increased water intake plus exercise . I have PTSD and I have done martial arts for 20 years ... kick boxing for 7... whoopin the shit out of that dummy bag and simple push ups and sit ups is a great workout !
