Do you think in about ten years an ice cream cone will cost 10 dollars?

Because I noticed that now ice cream costs 2.50, when it was cheaper before.... I'm not excited about the future at all when it comes to prices. I'm giving my future kids frozen fruits and that's it.

Its not always about inflation sometimes companies just put up prices Cadbury who is a very famous company that makes chocolate in England.
They have put up their prices and made their chocolate bars smaller.

Lots of stuff prices have gone way up and not inline with inflation or earnings

Again in England lottery tickets have doubled in price but they have also added an extra number in the game so instead of I think 7 numbers matching to get the jackpot you need 8 and the odds are ridiculously low.
People are actually very angry because now people winning the jackpot is rare and its usually roll overs so the money is added to the prize next time.

People buy more tickets because they get more tempted by the size of a rollover jackpot than a regular one, they are paying much more money for their tickets.
Its business tactic by the company that runs the lottery but the losers are the people who play because they are paying more for their ticket and their chances of winning are reduced.
