Do you use sarcasm to confuse the stupid(me)?

For me, there's two reasons why I use sarcasm. I like them and I am doing it in a fun/flirty harmless way. Or when someone is rude, I will come at them with sarcasm that they won't like.

I dont use sarcasm until another person intimate me.
