Does anyone have any theories as to what the numbers mean?

Ok 16/2=8. 8/2= 4 2+2= 4 and 4+4=8 two 8 have 4 circles and 4*4 is 16 and 8+8 is also 16 and 16 is therefore divisible by 8.4.and 2 not to mention that 2*4+8=16
