What's the best gift you've ever given to someone?

I gave my brother's girlfriend a basket of lotion samples with a card I made that said "It rubs the lotion on its skin or it gets the hose again- Love Buffalo Bill" She hates Silence of the Lambs. It's safe to say that I am no longer allowed to participate in holiday events.
