You're wasting your time. If he has made it clear that he doesn't love you or want a relationship. Perhaps things have gotten physical and he's content with something casual. There is no going back.
Don't even suggest it, he will think you are weird for even suggesting it. (You're selling yourself short accepting pretend feelings)
