my dinner plan : i'm thawing out 4 italian sausages plan to cook them and cut em up into chunks

then add em to a beef stew and add a little more gravy and some Garlic powder too , should be very yummy

I don't care for sausages and beef. I like to make a 30 minute cassolait from Jacques Pepin that calls for hot Italian sausages and ham chunks. I think it is very tasty.
