There are just bad choices here. So I'm disinclined to comment further. However one of those bad choices saved me then I got straight..... But it's a terrible gamble.

Somedays you just gotta take a time out and it's always terrible for the rest of us. Stay alive and one day you will see the ladder in the well and at first you will scared to climb. After that you will climb because you want to the sun, its light beckons you...........

You just climb and see the memories you tried to bury, they are just the dirt you dug yourself into. But now you can face them and it doesn't seem so bad, so you just keep climbing. Sorry PH, I'm drunk and stoned and getting wordy. : )

@ButterFly2023 I understand and it's ok, I don't think it has anything to do with the alcohol or drugs, you just want somebody to listen to you and be heard :)
