What makes a person gay is being sexually and/or romantically attracted to people of the same gender

It's worth mentioning that gay guys aren't always as they're portrayed in the media. They're just as diverse as straight guys. :p They can be ultra masculine, and macho, or out-of-touch with their emotions too.
The only thing sexual orientation dictates is who you're attracted to. Who you happen to be attracted to, and the people you're around can influence your personality and lifestyle, this is true for everyone. 🤷‍♀️
