I don't believe in the one that's advertised today. I believe that we are spiritual beings in physical bodies. There is a Universal power that is present in this universe. We are part of that power.

I absolutely believe in God, but I question how a God that is suppose to be so loving can allow such horrible and awful things to happen to good people.

Why did God perform such amazing miracles in the past, but now as our understanding grows and our ability to record and analyze events in detail becomes greater we no longer see any of these miracles? It's all stories and exaggerated events from the past.

I believe that the act of believing in a God changes the way a person behaves, just like the belief in the existence of truth or justice.
None of these things exist in any real and material way, but ideas do take on a sort of reality when people believe in them.
