What is your opinion on free speech in the USA?

People use it as an excuse to argue and insult each other. That's not what free speech is about.

A much-valued freedom, arguably the most valuable.

I have been to too many places where people are not free to speak their minds. I would not like to live in such an oppressive country.

Free speech in the USA is one of things that makes America great.Only now if you say something you are accused of not being politically correct.

Just because we have the right to say anything doesn't necessarily mean that we should.

Sometimes it's a farce. Bill Maher got cancelled and then black balled for daring to question a presidential speech on a show (aptly) called Politically Incorrect.
