I so hate those !!!
You go to the interview and it's SO obvious the person/panel interviewing would rather be extracting their own teeth than be there!!
And this soppy trend of having 'rounds' of interviews.......like you're supposed to be so grateful you made it to round 3 !!!!
When, it's obvious they are merely trawling rather than KNOW what they want !!
Also the 'jelly and ice cream games" at group assessment/interviews !!!

Happens in social work a lot. Normally under the guise of "We'd rather not appoint than accept a sub-standard candidate"
