Is it possible for hackers to turn on your PC, cell phone, laptop, Ipad, when it is turned off?
Can hackers listen in on your phone conversations? Can they view your activity on your devices unbeknownst to you?

I've read that the Smart-tvs can be hacked into and the camera inside turned on to spy on people in the room. Someone I worked with told a story about 15 years ago about a worker at the post office, mail sorter and it was a large room with a lot of employees. The manager had televisions installed in the sorting room and said it was for anti-stress. The man noticed that the tv's would move directions toward someone who was talking and figured out it was a spying device. This was more than 15 years ago, heard about it later and it was done in response to postal shootings. That is how old this technology of putting cameras inside of TVs is.
