Is it possible for hackers to turn on your PC, cell phone, laptop, Ipad, when it is turned off?
Can hackers listen in on your phone conversations? Can they view your activity on your devices unbeknownst to you?

Yes. As an engineer, they can pretty much do what they want if the features are turned on in the BIOS on your PC. Turn off PXE, WAKE ON LAN. Also put the system in hibernate, not sleep mode. Hope this helps. Android cell phones are the worst for hacking. Apple's latest iPhone 6 is pretty secure.
