Is it possible for hackers to turn on your PC, cell phone, laptop, Ipad, when it is turned off?
Can hackers listen in on your phone conversations? Can they view your activity on your devices unbeknownst to you?

Yes, I was watching something one time about hackers.. and an 'ex' hacker was saying that a really good hacker can gain full access to your computer or other device and has the ability to turn them on and off.. unless it's unplugged or the battery is out. So, yes they can.
