How do you cope if your mother don't love you and hurts emotionaly?

Youre 26-30, you dont have to let her abuse you anymore. Meet her in person and just talk, theres no way that she can abuse a grown woman if you dont give in to her ways, try to get her to loosen up to your ways instead :)
