I run for an hour everyday, feeling calve pain... Weird.... what do you do for a relief?

how's the diet?


epsom salt warm baths... how is your circulation?

you got to watch out for any leg pain, no matter what.

keep tabs on your legs closely.

maybe start to keep a diary of the food you eat and how you feel afterwards....

if you drink any tap water, stop.... use professionally filtered water.

@sighmeupforthat I am doing portion control. And I've just started running some 15 days ago. An hour daily. I guess sprint badly it got me calve pain

@SW-User well, just keep an eyeball out. legs are tell tale signs on your health.

@SW-User if anyone tells you 'compression socks' don't do it. later studies indicate that's a huge NO NO for anyone active!!!

it could cause blockages in the veins and spread.

@sighmeupforthat oh well my mom is asking me to rest as i havent done any exercise from last 6 months so she said you could have started for 30 mins everyday first u overdone it
