I run for an hour everyday, feeling calve pain... Weird.... what do you do for a relief?

If the pain started at random, you may have stretched, pulled, or torn something, if it started the day you started running, your body is probably just getting used to it, if you had the pain before, and it got, or is still getting worse, I'd say go to the doctors first, but other than that, take an asprin and a warm bath.
