Central (Ontario) is great, has its own beauty, lakes, escarpment etc.. Work opportunities are good and it's relatively affordable..
Quebec is a great province but the language can be a challenge..
The east (Atlantic Canada) is beautiful, the people are great its affordable but work opportunities are limited..
I would ay Ontario in and area called the golden triangle (SW Ontario from Toronto to Windsor) is the best option.. It's where most of the jobs are and offers a broad range of housing, entertainment and really nice people...

@Majorlatency The only provinces to live in would be Ontario or BC (British Columbia). I agree with your other comments.
