well i do it i cant realy tell you not to can i? its proven it can mess you up so i wont argue but a lot of other things can also hurt you but people do them everyday without even thinking about it.

I like it but I just cant do it unless a significant other does it or something its too much money and I don't want those health problems im sure ill have health problems from other stuff but whatever
