Writing, philosophy, Buddhism, literature, tv and movies, I dabble in sciences as well.

@DanielChristensen you're a spiritual man? all seems nice :)
DanielChristensen · 46-50, M
@popmol Indeed spiritual is an excellent word for it.
popmol · 22-25, M
@DanielChristensen you know with the Buddhism and the philosophy :)
DanielChristensen · 46-50, M
@popmol I took a year of classes in Buddhism. My teacher was a wise and peaceful man with a good sense of humor. I learned a lot from him, also about sciences and neurology.

@DanielChristensen Buddhism is quite interesting?
popmol · 22-25, M
@DanielChristensen mmh buddism i might be able to see in a good light then.
because its more of a way of living and thinking?
DanielChristensen · 46-50, M
@popmol Yes sir. It has its fables and religious aspects, pertaining to the ascent of the Buddha to enlightenment, but it's mostly a philosophy to train the mind to live in the reality of the ever shifting present moment. To accept groundlessness or the fact that anything can change at any moment. To be at peace with the self, others and the world.

Just a while ago I was applying the concepts in conversation here with a woman who was railing at me in a fit of egoistic distemper. I calmly acted as a sounding board to which she could vent her micro aggressions.

Every living moment is an opportunity to learn and mistakes are a learning experience too.

@DanielChristensen yeah i'm not a fan of religion so well yeah.

well yeah always stay calm even when they attack you.

indeed :)

@SW-User Yes ma'am it is a wonderful philosophy. I outlined it a bit for our friend Popmol above.
popmol · 22-25, M
@DanielChristensen since its less of a religion i'm fine with it.
