Have you done goofed?

I done goofed last night! My friend, whom I am in an exclusive friends with benefits relationship, and I started talking about our past sexual relationships/encounters and now I'm struggling to act the way I normally do with her. I know it's stupid since it all happened years ago, but the thought of her with so many partners relative to me makes me feel so insecure. It's as if I'm competing with all these other people who I've never met and will probably never meet, and I feel so defeated. I don't know why I let the conversation continue...
