If young boys were loved instead of shamed when they cry, then men wouldn't have anger problems and problems expressing emotion.

But I never see feminists say this, all they do is either blame men like we're some kind of evil being or blame the imaginary "Toxic masculinity" no why not blame sexism, actual sexism, the sexism that targets men and women

I think not knowing how to express negative feelings does cause anger issues among men, and not only. I am a young woman with anger issues, and I think (and a psychiatrist told me too) that the reason for this is not being able to release my negative energy. I don't talk about my problems almost at all and so they sum up as a big fat mountain of anger which outbursts uncontrollably.
