If young boys were loved instead of shamed when they cry, then men wouldn't have anger problems and problems expressing emotion.

But I never see feminists say this, all they do is either blame men like we're some kind of evil being or blame the imaginary "Toxic masculinity" no why not blame sexism, actual sexism, the sexism that targets men and women

I think not knowing how to express negative feelings does cause anger issues among men, and not only. I am a young woman with anger issues, and I think (and a psychiatrist told me too) that the reason for this is not being able to release my negative energy. I don't talk about my problems almost at all and so they sum up as a big fat mountain of anger which outbursts uncontrollably.

Feminists say this all the time.

@CountScrofula I believe the post means the recent "feminists" that are more vocal, the most heard and militant that are pretty much just misandrists on propaganda and gave feminism a bad rep.

@CountScrofula The trifecta of cuckery.

@kayoshin There's elements of the progressive left I really disagree with, but feminism has -always- had a bad name. It's not like everyone loved feminists in the 90s or 70s or 10s or whatever.

OP is literally talking about toxic masculinity, which is a feminist concept. The idea that it's harmful for men to not show emotion is feminism 101.

@AnimatronicLick Yeah I'm sure your contempt for women makes you a real fucking man.

Men don't rape. Men don't sexually harass. Men don't beat their wives.

There was a mother in that house, too.
That's literally all feminists say. Toxic masculinity is the root of the issue.

@Vakex You don't understand. And that's okay, let me clear up some of your ignorance. The idea that boys should cry, that they should man up is toxic masculinity, a product of sexism. Feminists as a rule are against it.

Yes! Exactly! You get it! Men are emotionally repressed 😢
