No. The reason men get "morning wood" is because their bodies naturally go through a process of repeatedly giving them erections and then draining them again while they are asleep. It's a sort of diagnostics. The body does this to all different parts to ensure they're working properly and responding.

@philjames53 I always wake up with a really dry mouth. The first thing I do in the morning is slosh water around in my mouth and spit it into the sink.
