No, it just means educated which does mean something and has value. And by the same virtue, uneducated does not mean intelligent either.

@Unlearn Because that's what education is. You can be self-educated. But even an institutional education is valuable. A university degree in the most useless subject possible teaches you how to research, write, and argue. In addition it helps you become an engaged citizen and comprehend more complicated ideas than you would otherwise. Theese are practical, definable skills that are useful in any walk of life.

@CaptainCanadia then why are so many successful people dropouts...and why aren't all educated people successful?
CaptainCanadia · 41-45, M
@Unlearn Because there's more than one thing that determines success. Educated people typically earn more in their lifetimes than uneducated people, but on average.

Note - I'm a dropout with a good job. But I still recognize the value of education.

I'd prefer a person who bothered to educate themselves over someone who didn't though

@ZenKitzune this I agree with...they merely cover the symptoms because they're funded by pharmaceutical companies.

@Unlearn indeed, this game is not made for taking care of people, it's made for making money out of them...and it works.
Unlearn · 41-45, M
@ZenKitzune yep...you can say that again.

That is true. Give me an uneducated intelligent person any day. All one has to accomplish in order to claim they are "educated" is memorize the material for the test. If you don't know how to use the information of do not understand it you may as well have not wasted your money on the diploma.

That is true. You need a big book with big words from Jesus Christ or for those who are inspired

No but education surely helps.
