Not where I live. The fee for a standard consult is $80 and it is very hard to find one who bulk bills

I am in Australia too, our gp bulk bills under 15 and charges adults unless short consult.

Mine is about $40 for a regular visit at the moment, but that will probably change next year for the worst. Thanks Obamacare...
