Could energy be created by concentrating on a collective idea at a precise time?

If it were possible to get a substantive number of people to think about the precise same thing at precisely the same time, would the concentrated electrical impulses that the human brain creates generate any thought-energy that could be felt, collectively?

Yeah, that's an interesting point... assuming the myth of weather rituals has some basis in reality instead of it being a common coincidence. But, that is a good example of using a collective mind-share to achieve an outcome (if that is what is actually happening).
