I'm definitely going to survive as long as something doesn't eat me
It depends on 'the wild'. In the jungles of Colima, a long time. In the Atacama desert, only a few days.

@Dan193 Strength in numbers. You have to make 'friends' and join their "camps", if it's not raining, well camouflaged cardboard 'forts' in very thick bushes are safest. Bridges, Freeway over -passes, revetments by bodies of water, tractor trailer and box cars are good cover if your careful not to wake up 500 miles from where you went to sleep, but you 'have' to join a group if you want to be safe.

@puck61 Sorry if maybe I bring back some unwanted memories, but I plan on emigrating soon and who knows where I might end up, all alone in a foreign country, so I just wonder how do you go about it - joining groups? and do u get money only from begging? or is it possible to live without money all together? Do u have any survival tips for the first few days?

@Jackaloftheazuresand wow impressive

Not really, you can last about three weeks without food and water is not that hard to gather. Combine those stats with my rudimentary survival knowledge from a book and I can guarantee a month.
