Not necessarily. But when they go out of their way to look sexy, as in, the costume is made specifically for sex appeal, then yeah. Usually it's a giant insecure "omg look at me I need attention" thing.

@BlueMetalChick Yes thats what I hate about them and most of them are attention seeking bimbo outfits. I mean... Sexy Mummy, Sexy Doctor, Sexy Crippling depression....

@woundedeer Last year for Halloween I dressed as Starfire from the Teen Titans, and people found it sexy, but I didn't do it to be sexy. I did it to look like Starfire.
And it's weird too that people find cartoons and comics to be sexually attractive...

@BlueMetalChick Starfire is awesome although I'm a Raven fan and ofc I get what you mean. People can find anything above ankle sexy but last year I saw so many "sexy" versions of things that are Really not supposed to be sexy. You are just standing there like: "Be a hoe on other holiday"
