Besides the legalities of the situation no one has good intel on where little fat boy is or how well he is protected. I read an article a few weeks back that explained that China was trying to knock him off but he caught wind of it and had the people involved in the plot killed including his brother who was in Malaysia at the time of his murder.

@hippyjoe1955 money solves all legalities. don't get me wrong. i couldn't kill another human being. but kim jong-un isn't human, and i'd obliterate that SOB if the navy seals were at my finger tips.

@tenente Like I said the problem is getting the good intel on where he is at any given moment. Sending in the Seals would be pointless unless you know where little fat boy is hiding since the seals would be vastly outnumbered by little fat boy's army and would thus be a suicide mission for the seals if they didn't get little fat boy within the first few minutes of landing.
