@SW-User She was 16 in the documentary. Dang, time flies. It talked about how frail she was, always breaking bones when she fell. Her family was worried she wouldn't live a full life. That guy might have grown up with her/gone to school with her. Or he just really got to know her and isn't bothered by her childlike appearance.
