bought a trailer when I started college, have moved it a couple of times over the years. It is nothing fancy, but it does keep the weather at bay and gives the mailman someplace to deliver all those unwanted sales circulars. A traditional built house can be as uncomfortable or unsafe during disasters as a trailer. It is all about buying the most you can for the dollar, and not being stupid. Don't try to ride out the tornados in either one, but the house will make a neater pile when it is over.

I did once.. Some of them are realy nice.. Id never buy one tho.. I wanna build my own houses

I have loved in one I have worked on them but when I had to tear one to the ground I swore I would never live in one again

@metalicblack costs too much to heat them in the winter too.

@cherokeepatti oh yea, I lived I one for a year before I found my house and the wine about broke is almost double of what the house runs

@plague don't take me wrong a home is what you make it just do research on what you need to do to improve it and you will be ok

If it was well-made, I'd choose a tiny house on wheels, they are generally well-made compared to the factory-built trailer houses.

Yes, but not a shitty one. I actually have a dream about buying a second-hand bus and transforming it into a large caravan.
SW-User
I would but preferably on a private lot not a typical park situation.

@SW-User I'm on my own lot I don't think I'd do a park.

Been there done that. Overall wasn't bad
Wraithorn · 51-55, M
I lived in a caravan (similar thing) for over a year.
