What’s one thing you did that you really wish you could go back and undo?

I stepped onto a plank, which then gave way and I fell 15ft to the floor below, snapped a nerve and broke several bones. The result being I lost 3 years work.
The sickest part is, the guy who placed the plank stood by and watched.
