Stupid people have more kids than intelligent people. And the smartest people don't have kids, at all.
There is no need for justification. Not really. People rarely think about anything regarding having children other than, "I want a child." Or, "It's what you're supposed to do." The more average people don't think beyond how well they think they could financially support a child.
Having children is so much a natural part of human existence, it is rarely thought to need a justification. It is simply what you do.
They say nothing to themselves, aside from self-delusions and some vague planning. Mostly, it is just a thoughtless, instinctual act, in general. The more instinctual or stupid a person is, the more likely they are to have multiple children.

@Tatsumi people bashing their but they are in the Forefront of actually solving the ridiculous amount of kids. Better to educate one or two highly than to spread the wealth over a crowd. I always say if you didn't get the signs of a genius by the second one. Chances are it's not in your bloodline stop at 2 and hopefully they'll graduate seventh grade let alone College
