Have you ever invented anything?

I had an idea for an alarm clock that fits in your ear like an earpiece so only you can hear it when it goes off. 😂

I've had the same problem. I see a need. I know what would fulfill that need. Can see the product in my mind. I know exactly how it would have to function to do what needs doing, but have no skills when it comes to actually creating the item.

I have ideas but you need to get a patent and pay for it. Be really careful how you submit an idea and approach a company until you get that done. Heard of an engineer that worked for an oil company and submitted an idea and plans for creating it to his boss and was told it wasn't feasible for them to use. He retired a few years later and his friend that he worked with took a trip over to a Middle-eastern company and recognized his friend's idea being used and was sold by the company...he came back and told him. The man got a lawyer and they approached the owner of the company and settled out of court. Let's just say the company voluntarily paid enough money to the man who's idea they stole that he has a very nice retirement now.
