What is your opinion on people who constantly make political posts? Do they disturb the peace?

Of course it should be. Everyone has a choice whether to engage in discussions on this forum and sometimes we might actually learn from each other.
Abuse isn't okay though and that's the problem here. People forget that they are actually allowed to have different viewpoints and that others don't need to alter theirs to match their own.
