I live in Britain. Where I live it is safe to walk the streets, even at night but I wouldn't do that in some parts of the country. In general, we have a decent standard of living, although of course we do have some homeless people, as in any country. Fortunately, we do not have children living on the streets. If we get knocked down by a car, we get scooped up, treated with dignity (mostly), fixed, fed and watered and never asked how much we earn. I consider myself fortunate to live in this country. Oh, and an umbrella is a mandatory piece of kit over here.

South Africa, in an area called KwaZulu Natal. The fauna and flora is great but crime and politicians suck.

Wales, friendly, some crime but not alot, corrupt evil horrible councils, rain, lots of fresh air, forgotten about even though we pay the same taxes as everyone in UK, but that goes the same as most rural areas. Hospitals wards closing, day centres, but we're mostly cheerful

I'm in the US about twenty miles (33 km) northeast of NYC. Where I live, rabbits, deer, wild turkeys, coyotes and foxes are daily visitors but I can be in the center of Manhattan in 45 minutes. It's very nice.
