so who are HRs or Sales Managers here?

i wonder how much bullshit do you deal with everyday. recently took a situational judgments test which puts one in their shoes and well choose the best and worst approach for dealing the situation... never realized you had to deal with bullshit customers at times...

@Fernie well loyalty to the company is rather important... in keeping one's job... but its also tempting to sympathize with complainers especially when one is a sympathizer like myself

@quinnVneck sympathize with the complainers? I'm talking about HR automatically taking the side of the company regardless of the complaint. You seem to be an HR person or a company person. Quite often those people you are complaining about complaining have valid complaints which are ignored
