@Eprefugee No, and by healthy, I don't mean perfect, but I have relativity few health problems for someone my age and I want to keep it that way. I am 49 and lowered my own BP by cutting out salt. I take no medication other than tylonal or over the counter cold medicine.

@SW-User The THC in cannabis is not necessarily unhealthy but smoking it certainly is. Smoking anything is unhealthy, really.

@SW-User You're not missing much. I sometimes smoke cannabis if I can't sleep, but other than that, it's not that much fun. It's a lot better than drinking alcohol, though.
