Being a regular worker, Is it ok for me to be responding to customers who lie on TripAdvisor about us?

SW-User
Most hotels have someone that responds to overly negative reviews, and they just apologise and put a positive spin on it or politely point out if it isn't true. The risk is that if nobody responds, other customers may think there's truth to it. These kinds of responses seem to be an acquired skill.

No. People's perspectives are just that. Perspectives. You can't respond to that and draw attention to yourself. It would appear argumentative no matter how polite you are. You can't call them a liar no matter how nicely you do it.

Honestly, why waste your time?

You'll only make a worst impression on your customers if they find you arguing with a few idiots.

Well that could be a unsatisfied customer or just some crazy person having nothing better to do,

I can't see why not if you remain factual and polite/professional
Motleycrue667 · 46-50, F
Yeah I did. But the owner doesn't want me to. They don't want to respond to any of them either for some reason.

It's up to the owner and not you.
