Ways to find employment?
I have been applying like crazy and had about 10 interviews. Not been getting the position because I lack experience. Any creative ways I have not thought about would be great.

@NeuroticByNature I have bachelors degree. with two years of HR experience. pretty much on-boarding of employees, a little bit of recruiting. A lot of administrative stuff. Looking for HR Assistant position
