Ways to find employment?
I have been applying like crazy and had about 10 interviews. Not been getting the position because I lack experience. Any creative ways I have not thought about would be great.

That is a tricky field to get into and probably you'll need to really network to get your foot in the door. Although I think Internships is a complete rip-off you might benefit for getting more experience

well your internships should count as actual work experience

I think they think when they are looking at my resume. look at all these internships why is she not getting hired in

can you get letters of recommendation from those supervisors? I think that would be more convincing.

I would get it now. Just letters showing that you are really good at the job and have great knowledge of XYZ
