@SW-User yeah a roll back 3 separate attempts Failed , sfc /scannow replaced some win files but still the problem exists , ADW Cleaner found no bad adware , could be a virus , will look for some win xp repair program
Nope, your install is bad. Better uninstall and reinstall yet again.

@LockedInTime fuck that man ! takes a few hours to install XP Pro and service packs all over again plus all my drivers for stuff , looking for another solution
