How do you handle stressful situations?

Sometimes I find that comedy and exercise are the best sources to release any negative emotions that pop up!

Depends on the situation. If it's something I can improve, I usually get stuck in. If it's not, I either try to ignore it, or have a bit of a moan about it, or write about how I am feeling so I can read it back later and maybe learn something about myself.
