When sending gifts here (if you do) do you send them openly, or privately?

Why would anyone send gifts privately? Curious :)

@SW-User Well I sometimes take things personally when maybe I shouldn't, but I feel the person sending me a private gift doesn't want other members to know, and I don't like that.😕
