I found this on a photo images site entitled "Wolf and Moon" -- I would like to know what this is.

They're generally referred to as the pillars of creation. Basically a bunch of dust and stuff in the middle of the nowhere, however that is not how they really look. This picture is colorized though like almost every picture from space.
