Based on my own experience, not at all. Everyone is in a new place and wanting to make friends, so they're extra nice. People i didn't even know would smile and wave. There's none of that high school drama, because everyone grew up and realized it didn't matter. You take the classes on your own time, and they really aren't any more difficult than high school. Some are easier, i thought. I wouldn't worry.
