I like people who challenge me the most. I don’t really think anyone admires me. If they do I get suspicious for the most part. However I have found that a lot of people who challenge me, don’t like being challenged back.

I surround myself with positive people.

Ones who make me laugh, they’re in a crisis, make me feel good.
But they also make me stop and think. I value their opinions.
People who I share interests with, introduce me to new ideas.

I have three close friends who have taken me through life.

Then there are those who open doors.
And those with common interests, like art, music and countryside.

Yes my 8 yo daughter. Other than her and my adults kids (from first relationship) nobody else gives a shit about me so I live my own life mostly in my own space much of the time except when I need to go work, shopping, doing things with my kids, or doing some volunteering. Apart from that, I have no 'circle' of friends of the sort that women tend to have in their lives. I prefer to be alone at home.

i would say both, but i tend to spend a large amount of time by myself and when i do interact it is with people vastly different than myself who will always give their own opinions and ideas but also have some affection for me and vice versa. I also have those i have deep connections with who keep me seriously grounded and will humble the fuck out of me if i'm not doing it for myself. i make a point to do a LOT of introspection, but if i'm taking the long road there... they provide some nice speed bumps and reality checks to help along the way.

Well...🤔🤔🤔...the question assumes that I have a CHOICE...and in ONE instance, I do have a choice...and I continue to choose to be challenged. My NEIGHBORS in my apartment building are NOT a choice, but I do CHOOSE to serve them and assist them by providing food. Because of that, one or two of them admire me...and the rest of it is just hard, sweaty work.

Always challenge me to the very core, which is exhausting already.

I avoid being surrounded by people as much as possible.
I won't walk through a ravine as it's a good place to be ambushed.

As much as I have any choice in the matter, I choose to be with people who are easy to be with, make no demands on me, and understand that my time is very limited.

Don’t like to be surrounded by people however those that do tend to surround me tend to challenge me big time.

Ones that challenge me in a variety of ways. I’m not into being admired. That’s a waste. But also I have a tendency to do things I don’t care for or want to do because I’m a fool that thinks it’s the right choice. To get it done or to try something out of my comfort zone. I learn a lot and still find piles of regret. Do not recommend.
