I know exactly how you feel.
I have been dealing with people like that my entire life!
Especially in my own family.
The only difference for me is that I found a group of people who accept me as I am, they don't judge me at all. They only support me.
This group of people is at my local Assemblies Of God church.
I can tell them anything and the worst they say is they will pray for me.

i try to work with it from a humble POV
but also have risen to the occasion, on occasion, and counted all my achievements, so to get on their level
